This set includes a Diagnostic cartridge, which has a 27k memory expansion to allow the diagnostic software to run, and a 8in1 8k ROM mapped to BLK5 A000.The ROM is programmed with two pieces of software,The Vic 20 dead test with built-in optional, keyboard and audio/visual tests.And a looped version of the combined PAL/NTSC diagnostic test, which has been modified to complete all tests and show the results as it runs, these can be selected with the switches.The ROM and RAM be enabled or disabled independently and configured for different amounts of RAM.The test harness includes user port test, keyboard test, serial port test, cassette andcontrol port test.The User port test unit also incorporates a 5v meter, 9V-AC, 5V-DC test points and indicator LED's, The Cassette port includes indicator LEDs for sense and motor lines.
