How long is shipping?
Usually delivery should take no more than 3 to 5 working days. However, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for the items to arrive, particularly items that have to be modified or sprayed, as this process can take around 7 days.
If you've waited longer than 14 days for your order to arrive that shows you have patience, that's rare nowadays. We endeavor to ship as quick as possible.
Is it free delivery?
Mainland UK delivery is inclusive in the price you see on the website.
Overseas delivery is possible and charges are calculated by the country destination and overall weight of your order at the time of checkout. Europe delivery is £10 and the rest of the World is £20 *Subject to excessive weight. Delivery to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes in your country.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order status online , We'll usually email you a tracking number once your order is posted and you can track this on royalmail.com or parcelforce.com depending on the size of your parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy
All items sold on AMI64.com are sold as previously used / 2nd hand, and as such are not covered by the UK's statutory one-year warranty.
7 Days Goodwill Return - If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please note that all items must be returned in the same state/condition in which they were sold for a refund.* This policy is offered at management discretion and can be withdraw at any time.
30 Days Statutory Refund Policy - Did your item develop a fault, that has occurred through no fault of your own? Provided it is returned with proof-of-purchase and we can verify the fault, we can offer a refund* to the original payment method, repair or replace the item. *less carriage costs where applicable.
3 Month Warranty on all items (except consumables) - Outside of the 30 day period, if your item develops a fault through no fault of your own, we will aim to repair/ replace the item. In the event that this isn't possible, we will issue a refund* to the original payment method, provided the item is returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault after 3 months we can arrange to repair it at a minimal fee.
- All faults must be verified in order to honour the warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Faults due to removable batteries not covered beyond 30 days.
What does the warranty cover?
We offer a 3 month warranty* (on all items purchased on or after 14th Nov 2015) on all items except consumables. The warranty* does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any damage caused by modifying the item in any way, and only covers faults arising in the course of normal use.
