Worldwide Shipping from the UK

We can ship any of our Amiga & C64 products to anywhere in the World.

We currently post free to any UK address and offer Worldwide shipping at or around actual cost-price. most orders are processed in a day or two and arrive in the UK in about 3-4 days. Worldwide deliveries can take 7-28 days to arrive, but average delivery time is 10 days.

Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take?

We endeavor to process each and every order as quickly as possible.


Most orders are despatched within 1-3 days. UK deliveries should take no more than 3 to 5 working days. However, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for the items to arrive, particularly items that have to be modified, reconditioned or sprayed, as this process can take around 10 days.


If you've waited longer than 14 days for your order to arrive that shows you have patience, that's rare nowadays and we thank you. 

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value is just £10.00 for free UK delivery,

Is it free Delivery?

Mainland UK delivery is inclusive in the price you see on the website. If you're in a hurry, there are also options to pay for postage and possibly get your order a little quicker.

Worldwide Shipping

Overseas delivery is possible and charges are calculated by the country destination and overall weight/size of your order at the time of checkout. Tracked European delivery starts at £12 and the rest of the World starts at £15.


Orders overseas are sent using International Tracked & Signed for service or similar. We use FedEx & UPS for Larger heavy Items and Royal mail for smaller parcels. An A1200 as an example, costs us almost £100 to ship to the USA.

Delivery to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, depending on the weight, size, value of your order and your location.

Worldwide delivery can expensive but we always use a tracked service and in general most shipments arrive within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days because of customs, Covid, Brexit and the weather.

We are not currently registered for IOSS and continue to use the DDU service for the time being.

As of 2021, there is often a lot of customs forms we have to complete for International shipments, especially to the EU, so the cost of shipping some-what reflects this.

All shipments are declared at the true value, and we will always include the following customs information:


- Valid HS Tariff Code/s

- Item Description 

- Country of origin (mainly UK) 

- Items values

- Value of Postage Paid 

- Senders Name &  Address 

- Your Delivery  Name & Address 

- Packet/parcel Weight 

*Returned/refused/unclaimed parcels will be refunded less 10% of the overall price of the order plus any carriage costs, unless you wish for us to resend your order, which can be done at the cost of re-shipping. The buyer is responsible to take delivery of the item, re-arrange delivery and pay any import taxes due.

Should the shipping costs you pay to us be overly-excessive to what the actual costs are, we may refund a percentage of the shipping costs back to you on request.

Can I track my order?
Most lower value UK parcels are sent with Royal Mail Economy' service so are not 'trackable' but act more as a delivery confirmation method for us. Most other shipments can be tracked online , We'll usually email you a tracking number once your order is posted and you can track this on or depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Every hardware item is tested prior to shipment, so you can be sure when you receive your order, there should be no technical issues.  All items sold on are sold as previously used / 2nd hand, and as such are not covered by the UK's statutory one-year warranty.

7 Days Goodwill Return - If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please note that all items must be returned in the same state/condition in which they were sold for a refund.*  This policy is offered at management discretion and can be withdraw at any time. 

30 Days Statutory Refund Policy - Did your item develop a fault, that has occurred through no fault of your own? Provided it is returned with proof-of-purchase and we can verify the fault, we can offer a refund* to the original payment method, repair or replace the item. *less carriage costs where applicable. 


3 Month Warranty on all items (except consumables) - Outside of the 30 day period, if your item develops a fault through no fault of your own, we will aim to repair/ replace the item. In the event that this isn't possible,  we will issue a refund* to the original payment method, provided the item is returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault after 3 months we can arrange to repair it at a minimal fee. 

- All faults must be verified in order to honour the warranty. 

- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Faults due to removable batteries are not covered beyond 30 days.

What does the warranty cover?

We offer a 3 month warranty* (on all items purchased on or after 14th Nov 2015) on all items except consumables. The warranty* does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any damage caused by modifying the item in any way, and only covers faults arising in the course of normal use.

It may be more cost-effective to return only part of the order (eg: motherboard) to be repaired, but we'll advise this at the time of your query.

**Returned goods should be declared as 'returned item' and sent declaring the value of the item, no more, no less. If we should be instructed to pay import taxes on your returned goods we will deduct this figure from your refund.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee for the total value of your order should you choose to cancel your order, be it a custom build or if we have already packaged, processed or arranged shipping and inputted tracking information for your order.
