Originally released in 1991 by LINEL, Traders is a sci-fi economic strategy and business simulation game heavily inspired by the classic multiplayer masterpiece M.U.L.E. Designed for up to four players (playing as alien characters known as "Plubbers"), the game challenges participants to master an interplanetary market through resource management, land development, supply-and-demand trading, and fierce economic competition rather than direct combat.
 
Whether played against computer opponents or huddled around a single Amiga with friends, success relies entirely on outsmarting rivals in a cutthroat commercial race.
