Bill's Tomato Game is a quirky, physics-based puzzle game released by Psygnosis for the Commodore Amiga in 1992.
The Plot: After escaping a greengrocer's truck, a heroic tomato named Terry has his sweetheart, Tracey, kidnapped by an evil squirrel named Sammy. Terry must wage war up a massive vine to rescue her.
Gameplay: Across 100 single-screen levels, the objective is to launch Terry from a starting springboard safely onto a destination conveyor belt.
Mechanics: Using a mouse-driven interface, players place strategic gadgets—such as trampolines, electric fans, jack-in-the-boxes, and blocking bricks—to alter Terry’s trajectory, dodge hazards, and beat the clock.
Blending whimsical presentation with challenging, trial-and-error puzzle mechanics, it remains a cult classic of the Amiga puzzle library.
