Relokick is a classic Amiga utility program used to "soft-kick" or downgrade newer Amiga systems (like the A500+, A600, or A1200 running Kickstart 2.0 or higher) down to Kickstart 1.3. This allows to run older software and games that are incompatible with newer OS versions.
