THE PROCESS
DAY ONE
We clean the case and remove any unsightly marks.DAY TWO
We'll fix any broken brackets, clips etc and generally make good.DAY THREE
We spray two thin coats of primer (waiting 4 hours between coats)DAY FOUR
We now spray two coats of black satin, as un undercoat (waiting around 12 hours between each coat)DAY FIVE/SIX
We now spray two coats of our specially formulated Aged Iron paint (waiting around 12 hours between each coatDAY SEVEN
We'll now spray two coats of clear sealer (waiting 12 hours+ between each coat)BY DAY TEN
Your replacement case is ready and we'll now wait another couple of days for it to cure.* The whole process can take up to three weeks to allow for drying time.
