Simply extract the downloaded zip-file directly to a FAT32 formatted USB memory stick. Tthe correct file-structure will be created on your USB stick, so it's ready to simply plug into your A500MINI.
It's best to only use a good quality branded USB stick like Kingston, Sandisk, PNY, Samsung etc.
