How long does delivery take?
In stock items are generally shipped via royalmail or parcelforce within 48 hours. Delivery is normally 5-7 days, but small items may arrive within a few days.
Cases that need spraying or modding for you will take around 14 days to process as the technique used to update these old stained cases can take 3-4 days to complete.
Overseas shipments are generally made using Parcelforce and the delivery times for these vary between 7 - 28 days depending on your country. Please be aware that import taxes may apply in your country.
What is the warranty period?
All items sold on AMI64.com are sold as previously used / 2nd hand, and as such are not covered by the UK's statutory one-year warranty.
7 Days Goodwill return - If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please note that all items must be returned in the same state/condition in which they were sold for a refund.* This policy is offered at management discretion and can be withdraw at any time.
30 Days Statutory Refund Policy - Did your item develop a fault, that has occurred through no fault of your own? Provided it is returned with proof-of-purchase and we can verify the fault, we can offer a refund* to the original payment method, repair or replace the item. *less carriage costs where applicable.
3 Month Warranty on all items (except consumables) - Outside of the 30 day period, if your item develops a fault through no fault of your own, we will aim to repair/ replace the item. In the event that this isn't possible, we will issue a refund* to the original payment method, provided the item is returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault after 3 months we can arrange to repair it at a minimal fee.
- All faults must be verified in order to honour the warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Faults due to removable batteries not covered beyond 30 days.
What does the warranty cover?
We offer a 3 month warranty* (on all items purchased on or after 14th Nov 2015) on all items except consumables. The warranty* does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any damage caused by modifying the item in any way, and only covers faults arising in the course of normal use.

We have been avid fans of the C64 and Amiga for over 30+ years and can generally solve any issues or questions you may have with concern to any item you have purchased via the website.

Where have you been all my life?
Back in the 80's, like most we would play about with the C64, learning to code and generally loving life. Then in the early days of the Amiga we started a small public-domain library which evolved into a software publisher and general Amiga dealer / distributor then in around 2005 we down-sized and just kept playing about with both the C64 and Amiga.
Now in 2019 we have launched AMI64.com and specialize in what we love doing.... modding and updating discoloured Commodore machines : giving them a cool new look.
